GREAT LAKES BUSINESSES COMMIT TO PROTECT THE REGION

A new regional initiative, Give Back Great Lakes, aims to set the standard for environmentally- and socially-responsible business in the Great Lakes region. And in the first week of March 2022, GBGL launched with 20 Founding Business Members. And we are proud to say Malt was one of them. The businesses hail from five Great Lakes states, representing numerous sectors of the economy, and range from recent startups to established corporations.

GBGL business members make an annual certified commitment to reinvest at least 1% of gross sales, both externally and internally, to protect the region’s natural resources and communities. This reinvestment model is guided by GBGL’s Board of Directors and Board of Advisors which are composed of leading regional experts from the scientific, business, policy, and nonprofit communities.
